Imperial Gardens

Just right across the JR Tokyo Station sits the main gate of the Imperial Palace. Visitors are greeted by huge stone walls which were revived from the old Edo castle. Much of the land area of the palace are beautifully preserved gardens which give out their unique colors for each season in Japan.

The East Imperial Gardens provide a perfect escape from the surrounding metropolitan Tokyo.
