Mountain of Thoughts: Love Your Self

Love your self enough to take care of your self. Training is hard – all that strength and endurance building – but finding time to rest can be a lot harder. If you want to keep doing what you love doing, then clean up your machine, replace the broken parts, oil those rusty edges. So that the next time you perform, you’ll be all new. Don’t beat your self up trying to get there. Don’t destroy your self with a narrow mind towards the goal. Success takes time, and patience, and care and love for the things that keep you going.
